I’ve been meaning for a while now to write about one of my favorite new caterers, The Very Zest. Terri Schmitt, the owner of The Very Zest was kind enough to donate her services to the Bitter Bridesmaid Bash this past fall, and most recently she catered a meeting for the Junior League of Cincinnati. Having had the pleasure of enjoying her food on more than one occasion, I can say with 100% confidence that she is one of the most talented and creative caterers in the city. Terri always comes up with great new food concepts and her presentation is always just as beautiful as her food is delicious. A former graphic designer, Terri has a unique understanding about the importance of aesthetics when serving food at a special event.
