One of the fun things about building our new wedding venue directory on the blog is that it’s forcing me to revisit some of our past weddings and events that I never got around to blogging. Which is why today I’m going way back to last May to revisit Emily and Chad’s wedding at the beautiful Peterloon Estate in Indian Hill. All of the images are courtesy of Blaine and Bethany Photography. Blaine and Bethany are based in Oregon but travel worldwide; Emily and Chad first met them at a friend’s destination wedding in Mexico.

The ceremony took place in the sunken garden to the side of the historic home, with dinner under a backyard tent and dancing inside. The florals were created by Dennis Buttelwerth and a friend handmade the table runners for each table. All of the rentals came from Alleen Company, and the evening was catered by La Petite Pierre. The wedding cake came from Cincinnati State’s Bakery Hill and the cupcakes came from Emily’s friend and bridesmaid, Sara, owner of SugarSugar Cupcakes.
